| President
Bud Eiding opened our September meeting with a silent prayer for the victims
and their families of the September 11th attack on America. Our prayers
and thanks go out to all the rescue workers who gave their time and effort
so willingly and still continue to do so.
We had 18 people on our half-day fishing trip. The weather couldn’t have been better. Larry missed the heaviest fish pool. Butch only had 2 six-ounce dipsies in his box. Better luck next time. We had a great lunch at the Deauville Inn. Hope you can make the striper trip. Our Retirees club has taken an ad in the Mesothelioma Fund Raiser Ad Book. This affair took place on September 28th. I would like to close this letter with these words: Bin Laden you have awakened a sleeping giant. You and your followers are soon to feel his wrath.
GOD BLESS AMERICA !
