| Our February
meeting was cancelled due to the snow storm. Here is an update on
what has happened since our last meeting.
Bill Miller, a long
time member of Local 14 passed away. He will be sadly missed.
Past President Bill
Rothermel is doing better. Get well soon Bill. We’re all looking
forward to your return.
I would like to welcome
our new retirees club member, Ron Dorn. Glad to have you on board
Ron.
Any member who has
not paid his 2003 dues, the Wizard is waiting to hear from you.
Let us remember the
seven astronauts who were aboard the Columbia in our prayers. Our
hearts go out to their families.
2003 Trips and
Events
The following is a
list of trips and outings we are planning. There will be more information
next month. If you are interested in going on any of these trips,
please sign up with your deposit. If the trip is cancelled, your
deposit will be returned.
New York Broadway Shows – Either “42nd Street” or “The Producers”.
Wednesday matinee.
Bus, show and dinner $150.00
per person.
Three
Little Bakers – Tony Danza April 29 to May 4th Price $30.00

West Point Cruise – October 20th. Bus, Cruise and dinner $110.00
per person
Foxwood Casino Resort – 3 days, 2 nights $275.00 double, $394.00 single
Las Vegas - 7 days, 6 nights - We’re waiting for
prices.
Spring Golf Meeting - Jim McGee Chairman, Phillies Ballgame.
Al Stahle Chairman, Baltimore
Harbor and Ballgame – Wizard & Goldy Co-Chairman.
Christmas Show - Either Lancaster Sight and Sound, Madison
Square Garden Christmas Carol or Radio City.
Retirees
Christmas Luncheon – Larry Durham and Jim McGee Co-Chairman.
